Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking for Senior Manager Finance & Accounts who will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls of the organization. This role requires expertise in accounting & financial management, budgeting, taxation. The ideal candidate will lead a team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Supervise and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
    • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
    Accounts Payable & Receivable:
    • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Ensure timely processing of invoices.
    • Revenue accounting, receivables and collections follow up and accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
    • Month-end book closing including accruals, journal entries, BRS, account reconciliations, P&L & Balance Sheet.
    • Ability to check GST & TDS calculations in bills/ Invoices and its reconciliation.
    Financial Forecasting:
    • Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis reports, Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
    Taxation & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
    • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies, Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
    Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external Auditor.
    • Provide financial guidance to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
