Job Description

  • JR Management - Management of Headcount request and approvals through JARS tools. Work with GFS Finance team to provide support in budget exercise and monthly tracking of headcount movement.
  • BCP / BIA Management Ensure all BIA/ BCP documentation is maintained up to date. Coordinate BCP testing, manage updates during BCP event.
  • SLA management - Maintain Central repository of SLAs. Manage and coordinate the sign off of SLAs between GFS Business units and Country stakeholders as and when they fall due.
  • Recharge Management Monthly FTE and Volume billing collation, validation and timely submission to Chennai AR Billing Team.
Secondary responsibility to handleSRM Management - Centrally track all Service Review Meeting Minutes against target calls and provide MIS for GFS Management and Operational Risk Monitoring.Role DescriptionDelivery To understand and support headcount management through tools availableTo manage and coordinate BCP and BIA documentation and event.Manage Service Level Agreements with the SCB countries, with which GFS has a service provider relationship.Manage recharges to stakeholders for timeliness and accuracy.To understand the purpose of SRM, coordinate and interact with SPOCS to ensure details are updated in database.To ably support timely, accurate and regular status reporting and ongoing communication to management and key stakeholdersParticipate & contribute in governance of Transition of activities to GFS.Generic measures of the role (includes both qualitative and quantitative metrics)Delivery of stated scope in a timely and accurate mannerFeedback of stakeholders , GFS colleagues and managementImpactful liaising and advisory abilitiesAdditional Job Information (e.g. scope of role, product area focus, impact)The working environment demands an ability to work in a fast paced, changing, international, environment, while providing a quality client serviceIndividual contribution is a must in this roleMuch of the work will be to deadlines / work day limitsAbility to multitask, in-depth end to end understanding and management of the Transitions portfolio would be essential to succeed in the roleSkills and Knowledge Essential:Strong track record of relevant experience would be required.
