  • Control and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage adhoc requests.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure related communications are in line with agreed SLA commitments.
  • Develop strong domain content and understanding of different aspects of business to effectively manage data quality and provide additional analysis for taking useful decisions.
  • Drive right behaviour on key deliverables through enforcing discipline around relevance, standardisation and effectiveness. Ensure adequate checks / controls are available in all monthly deliverables and target zero error.
  • Effective co-ordination / Communication with Business finance and group teams, Country teams in preparation of various reports / analysis.
  • Co-ordination with Cube Management team / other technological stakeholders for any improvements / automations that can be done directly in the system and avoid offline data management.
  • Ensuring the team s day-wise BAU s, Adhocs are properly documented and ensure all KRI / KCS documentations and timelines are met.
  • Preparation of Monthly dashboard and setting up calls with onshore and Group team, highlighting the team s performance during the month.
Leadership
  • Ability to manage urgent / critical customer requests through effective work prioritisation.
  • Participate in training programs to improve current skills.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders across business functions and domains.
Preferred Skills and experience:
  • Professionally qualified (CA/CWA/CPA/MBA from a reputed institution is a must)
  • 10 + years prior relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail and results oriented
  • Ability to interact with varying levels throughout the organization
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
  • Good understanding of banking products / latest BASEL updates preferred.
Leadership Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed
  • Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional / geographical teams
  • Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone
