To drive game changer projects from identification to integration with mainstream business To build & manage an internal and external ecosystem to support innovation i.e. experts , academicians and workshops , advanced labs etc. To facilitate business teams to identify & drive innovation projects which can have transformational impact in existing businesses / functions To understand innovation methodologies and evolve a customised one for specific business / project context To develop innovation thinking among people & pursuing big impact opportunities The opportunities that the role provides :To gain exposure to a wide variety of domains in Mahindra in a fast and robust manner To improve on Mahindra Leadership Competency of Innovation Led Transformation To interact and work with the top leaders in influencing key business outcomes Preferred knowledge areas (One or more) :Project Navigation (equivalent but slightly beyond Project / Program Management) Strategic / Business Planning Quantitative & Qualitative Research on past , present and future of a given context including framing the question , conducting the research and presenting a synthesised output Ideation / Problem Solving (e.g. Orbit shifting thinking , Brainstorming , TRIZ , ToC etc.) Insighting (uncovering the unsaid from usual & unusual sources and presenting the synthesised output) Co - creating detailed solutions with various stakeholders based on the insights Prototyping Methodologies (e.g. Orbit shift versioning , Design of Experiments etc.) Managing the implementation of new solutions Competencies: - Person Profile: Educational Qualification Desired:Not a limitation for suitable peopleAt least 8 to 15 years experience.Flexibility for people who have the right know - how of the preferred areas & critical skills required for this role.Critical Skills Sets (If any)The person should be passionate about:Innovation and also igniting the spirit of innovation in others Learning , ing & evolving new concepts himself / herself and also enable others to do so Working in diverse domain / function Handling frequent changes of the dynamic environment Systematically anticipating / diagnosing the real issues and pre - empting / solving these Being persistent about pursuing not just the targets or stretch goals but impossible dreams & aspirations.
