Reporting to the Chief Architect for Platform Services, we are looking for someone with substantial experience as an organized, technology minded analyst working with the Infrastructure Architecture team. The architecture team is involved in all programs related to cloud, virtualisation and application technology. The successful candidate will be a multipler for the effectiveness of the Head of Platform Services Architecture, acting as a point of coordination for the management team.The successful candidate will be very organized, have experience working with engineering and development teams, vendor management and third-party vendors. They will be able to handle coordination of complex project and programme schedules, coordination across teams and organizations in multiple locations and manage a substantial paperwork burden including headcount, expenses and budget preparation.Previous experience with working in Agile, high performance teams is a significant plus, as this role is a blend of administrative and organizational.Roles and Responsibilities:Coordinate team activities across architecture, engineering and operationsProvide detailed analysis for operational procedures definition to support automation effortsPerform the analysis required to support new infrastructure programs to support the design functionInvolvement in the engineering design process in order to document conclusions and opinions.Assist in planning, both with in the architecture team and the wider infrastructure teamIdentifying appropriate policies, procedures and standards to assist the architecture team with design decisionsAssist testing activities within engineering to ensure accurate output for the decision makersOur ideal candidate will have:Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal directionGood planning and forecastingStrong analytical capabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbove average experience of working with infrastructure teams, particularly engineeringGood negotiation and influencing skillsApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.,
