Responsible to ensure that RDM data quality controls are reviewed and enhanced periodicallyTo work with Risk verticals to establish Data SLA for Critical Data ElementsTo carry out data quality gap assessment on reference data for key systemsAccountable for data quality controls, measurement, and issue resolutionEnsure high data quality for all data sets consumed from RDM and effective monitoring of the reconciliations done by the OperationsPlan & perform self-assessment of critical Data Platforms applications at least once annuallyAudit Engagements:Manage internal audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary support on data quality or operational related queriesEnsure negative audit issues/observations are addressed as plannedProject Management:Effective communication to all the stakeholdersEffective contribution in Monthly Metrics Control, Managing Risks and IssuesIdentify issues and propose functional solutions or workarounds including complex enhancements, bolt-on applications and customizations where requiredFull participation in all phases of an application implementation including requirements planning, functional and system design, testing and deployment activitiesPeople and Talent:Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values in the team.Ensure to set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with all stakeholders.Ensure to contribute in a team-oriented environment and manage the team where necessary Regulatory & Business ConductDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
