This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Position SummaryAs an RPA senior manager, you ll be working primarily as part of a small project team, utilizing your banking industry and technology knowledge and experience in RPA space to solve business problems, translating them into technology options and requirements. You will be able to identify where to deploy RPA to add value to an organization.Having a pulse on new technologies and a desire to change the way business gets done, you will also play a part in developing points of view on RPA and work to help grow the adoption by sharing knowledge of technology trends and competitive experiences with international business operations.The Senior Manager, RPA is responsible to oversee activities relating to Robotic process automation and cognitive automation implementation across all of Standard Chartered GBS Pvt ltd. This role will be critical in helping to establish short and long-term technology capabilities and implementation roadmap for Robotic Process Automation and digital workforce deployment across all functions and departments in Standard Chartered GBS Pvt ltd.Key ResponsibilitiesKey role in implementing Robotic process automation solutions leveraging Digital, Integration, and Data solutions available within the organization.Provide the vision and direction for strategic projects & initiatives within the robotic process automation and digital workforce domain. Work closely with various stakeholders to execute against the roadmap.Regarded as the technical expert in RPA and will be responsible for overseeing the development of the RPA toolkits and methodology for process automation and establishing a digital workforce.Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT senior management and staff on all phases of RPA projects and digital workforce deployment.Leads multidisciplinary projects or initiatives across various business functions including finance, operations, Risk & compliance with notable risk and complexity.Acts as expert technical resource to develop & mentor staff in all phases of the RPA development and implementation methodologyCollaborate with relevant teams in the creation and evolution of RPA solutions in business operations leveraging existing assets and acquiring new products as requiredHands-on technical expert to design and develop proof-of-concepts, prototype to accelerate adoption of RPA technologiesEnsure all projects & initiatives are metrics and performance drivenEducation, Skills and CompetenciesA university degree (or equivalent) in any related fieldStrong communicator. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent English verbal and written communicationAbility to manage and work around multi-cultural teams, entities and cross-borders with good analytical, listening and relationship building skillsAbility to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology and/ or integrating with diverse application systemsHands-on delivery in large IT programs.,
