Candidates should have worked minimum 3 years each in their previous assignments. 2. Overall Candidates should have experience of 10 years in sales of that they should have minimum 6 years of experience in Real estate. 3. Should have experience of handling a team size of minimum 5 members for at least a period of 3 years of his overall experience. 4. Revenue generation by designing sales strategies and incentive schemes.5. Achieving Sales targets by leading from the front. 6. Post sales monthly collection of dues from the clients and customer satisfaction. 7. Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics. 8. Utilize the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. 9. Identify prospective clients from various sectors and generate business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets. 10. Coordination between sales, marketing team and project management to assure timely deliveries to the owner. 11.Responsible for Sales function. 2.
