This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Role Description:Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with project stakeholders, Interface teamsand Performance Test team during planning, preparation & execution stage to ensure qualityof deliveryDemonstrate team work and collaborative efforts always and create a healthy & vibrant workenvironment in the workplacePrepare and publish Demand & Supply of testing resources to application delivery team andensure optimum use of testing resourcesEnsure Test strategizing & planning, budgeting, estimating, tracking and running the tests isas per the plans and within approved Budgets.Ensure tests cycles are run as per the Quality Processes, and under the Governancestructure agreed with all stake-holders in the Test Strategies and Test plansAll Test artefacts prepared by self and the team, meets the Testing standards & processrequirementsDevelop skills set of the team on automation tools & utilities consistentlyAll projects testing to be delivered within the estimated cost & schedule and with qualityoutcomeManage day-to-day testing activities and provide timely resolution of the issues reported bythe teamHighlight risks proactively to project stakeholders, work collaboratively with them to mitigateany project risks, to resolve any critical issues and try to bring the project on track duringtesting phaseEnsure all the test results/evidences are available, defect logging and make sure thecorrectness of defect classification by the team as per the guideline documentEnsure that test managers and teams work closely with the delivery functions and complywith testing, configuration and release management processes for the projects responsible.Work closely with Programme Managers to minimize duplication of effortEnsure the quality of the status reports such as DSR, WSR & MSR prepared by the team/self,and make sure the reports contain, concise & precise testing progress update, risks & issuesand relevant testing metricsEnsure accurate and timely reporting & surface key issues / risk to ManagementDrive down the testing costs and cycles by ensuring adequate use of automation tools, aswell as use of re-usable componentsEnsure that the test teams and other stakeholders are adequately involved during the entiretest project progress and ensure the support provided to other teams and transitions is of thehighest qualityConduct Dev & Delivery connect, PSS connect and Ops connect on a periodic basis andensure to work collaboratively with themProvide inputs to management to enhance the quality of testing, testing efficiency, new testingapproach, productivity improvement and thereby reduce the testing window/timelinesDeliver key technology enablers & Testing transformation initiatives as planned for the yearPerform resource capacity planning (ramp up /down, increasing strength of automationresources and Perm staff) on regular basis, based on the BOW, D&S and Organisation /Business function policyAdhere to the company s Compliance requirements & Policy standardsFollow the Organisation s QA process, Testing standards & controlsFacilitate regular (at least monthly) team discussions on risk awareness, operation and riskcontrol improvements, lessons learnt from incidents and identify best practices to strengthenthe team s operational risk awareness and knowledge.Specific Skills:Domain BankingSpecialisation Payments/Collections/MessagingTools: HP ALM, JIRA, MS ProjectAutomation: Selenium, Java, UFTCertification: ISTQB/CSQA/CSM/PMPExperience: 11 14 yearsQualification: BE/MCA/BSc/MSc/MS ITReporting to: Portfolio Test Manager / Head of TestingApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .,
