Engineer must be level2 or level3 engineer well versed in Cisco routing and switching platform. We will provide remote access to the engineer he should document the detailed network topology in visio. The customer does not have good documentation, so using CDP / IP/MAC information he has to build the topology ground up. Engineer must be good knowledge and experience with EIGRP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols. Engineer must have good knowledge with multicast PIM-SM, RP configuration and support Engineer must have good knowledge with Nexus OS and Nexus 7K platform, VPC configurations. Engineer must have good knowledge with QOS, MPLS and VRF lite configurations. Customer is having performance problem with Microsoft Azure cloud. He should be able to trace the path and identify any performance issues. Engineer should have experience with BGP configuration and activation of to Microsoft O365 and PASS cloud. If he has experience creating the necessary configuration on Azure cloud through express path it will be excellent. Engineer should have good experience with ISP circuit activation and BGP peer configuration. Engineer should have experience with wireshare and ability to troubleshoot problems. Engineer should able to communicate and help other on-site engineers.,
