Accuracy in billing for both Domestic and Export dispatch2. Documents accuracy (Domestic & Exports)3. Safe Storage of billed documents4. Safety and Housekeeping5. Delivery updation in SystemJob Description1. Ensure Domestic & Export orders billing with accuracy for Vehicle and courier mode dispatches on daily basis. 2. Generating way bills for all Domestic dispatches and releasing the vehicle with relevant documents to ensure smooth delivery.3. Export documentation (Confirming checklist, Bill of Lading draft, on time and continuous releasing)4. Apply for customs duty exceptions certificate like AIFTA and SAFTA and sharing the required details to Corporate team.5. Releasing Domestic vehicles with relevant documents.6. Ensure Safe custody of Dispatch documents like invoice, transporters proof of delivery.7. Ensure Safety and Housekeeping in dispatch loading zone.Qualification DetailsEssential Qualification: Any GraduatePreferred Qualification: B.Com GraduateExperience DetailsEssential Experience: 2- 4 years of experiencePreferred Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse and Logistics OperationsSpecial SkillEssential : 1.
