As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible to solve Business problems by dive deep into System/Operations issues, identify defect sources, focus on continuous improvement to eliminate those defects and will measure the results by monitoring quality metrics and contacts. You will need to build long-term scalable programs for defect elimination. You will build collaborative relationships with Operations, Technology and business teams, working closely to create and execute quality project road map. You will also prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management. The successful candidate will be input focused and will have isolated and correlated inputs to achieve impactful outputs, build closed loop processes and measurement mechanism to ensure improvements are realized. S/he will also have proven ability to assess situations and guide teams toward both short-term and longer-term process changes. This role calls for an individual who is technically proficient in analytics and statistics to gain credibility with customers and stakeholders at various levels across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels to define and deliver solutions to establish quality standards and processes. Adapt to changing priorities and lead the change , open to new ideas and have relevance and moderation quality as the top focus Drives strategic business decisions by influencing key stakeholders/ category leaders using data and structured analysis Can think big and develop new ideas, nurture new ideas from the team and apply high standards to weed out those that are least valuable Contributes to building scalable automation that can deliver productivity benefits with joint ownership between tech and program teams for the function Is comfortable collaborating and influencing team members, working with technology teams and other business groups, and presenting projects to senior leadership on a regular basis Has the technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams. Develop the Quality Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) Represent Functional needs in other teams prioritization processes (e.g. Ability to write BRD by gather requirements, build cases, and partner with software teams to deliver improvements). Owns end-to-end service delivery and planning, which includes infrastructure, staffing models, resource hiring, and optimizing utilization Owns Business Continuity Plan for the function, Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business (preferably in quantitative field or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 10 + years in a quantitative role Engineering, Process Re-engineering, Quality Assurance) Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management experience Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, and lead a team to understand business goals, analyze opportunities and develop improvement project plans for a segment of the business Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis Proficient in lean six sigma tools, such statistics, SPC, hypothesis testing, regression, root cause analysis, etc Strong supply chain process, manufacturing, or engineering background with an ability to understand work flow and throughput through the operation (Finance background preferred, but not required) Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across diverse cultures from inception to completion Articulate and able to communicate with employees at all levels across the organization, from front-line associates to executives through white papers as well as verbal communication Experience working with business teams globally Preferred Qualifications: Master s degree Strategic thinker, and change agent Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to present and influence at executive level 3 to 5 years of Operations Consulting experience with large Operations Consulting firms leading enterprise level transformation projects. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, PMP certified etc. Adaptable to various situation s and business processes to add value cross functionally Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately Courageous and willing to stand up for their ideas within appropriate guidelines
