This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal CandidateDeep knowledge of WINDOWS systems internals required.Senior WINDOWS SA required with at least 8 years experience within banking sectorDeep knowledge of WINDOWS Server Operating system required.Understanding of Scripting/automation/build process/Performance/BSOD.Understand automation frameworks.Understanding of Incident/Change management / Problem management.Minimum 5 years production experience.Must demonstrate background in designing, building, maintaining, tuning and optimising complex Windows environmentsMinimum 3 years windows cluster essential.Background in VMWARE or consolidated environments desired.Demonstrate ability to overcome operational challengesMust understand in detail supporting technologies like DB (Oracle RAC ), Networks, Storage (EMC,HDS) & Hardware (x86)Minimum 5 years experience tuning/level 3 WINDOWS.- Can work independently and as a technical team member- Can operate in an international and multi-cultural environment- Can demonstrate problem-solving abilities- Can demonstrate willingness to pursue creative solutions to platform support problems- Must be able to contribute to the wider team including operations and controls.- Must be willing to work at 24/7 shifts/weekends.,
