Job Description

  • Top 20 OBC spends Achieve Rs 45,750 cr of spends from Top 20 OBC customers in FY 18- Drive spends through segmented & ATL offers to right segment of OBC customers Communication of offers/features thru multiple bank touch points Share inputs to portfolio & Product teams on OBC spend behavior & competition OBC wallet share Responsible for increasing OBC segment wallet share Achieve 44% wallet share from Top 20 OBC segment in FY 18- Winback wallet share from low wallet share segment thru strategic & tactical interventions Retain & Grow wallet share from high wallet share thru customer delight programs & interventions OBC Droppers-Degrowers Winback spends Achieve winback of Rs 18000 cr of spends from Top 20 OBC customers Identify customers who have dropped/de-grown in wallet share & spends Responsible for formulating & executing programs to winback spends from the identified segments Execution of program & communication thru various customer touch points OBC Customer MCC activation Achieve MCC activation of 40% in FY 18-19 in engagement MCCs Identify customers who are not spending in engagement MCC categories Responsible for formulating & executing programs for activation of customers in engagement MCCs Execution of program & communication thru various customer touch points International Spends Achieve International spends of Rs 9300 cr in FY 18- Drive International spends in thru programs, alliances, corridor programs Identify international propensity customer segments Global Value Registrations Achieve global value of registrations of 50000 customers in FY 18-19 Identify new channels & process for global value registrations Responsible for driving global value registrations from relevant customer segments Communication of the offers to registered customers and drive higher international spends Generate new Ideas and Innovative Models Generate & Implement innovative ideas for incremental online business in Credit Cards.
  • Develop Models basis customer profile, transaction behavior, income levels, limit etc.
  • Launch innovative analytical programs basis customer vintage & Wallet Size to increase.
  • Close new process initiatives so as to increase spends and activation on Credit cards.
