Job Description

    • A.
    • New Product and Portfolio Initiatives Review Ensure all the new product and portfolio initiatives are brought under the purview of review within one month of the product launch with support from the PPS project SPOC.
    • Ensure 360 degree check of systems and processes vis a vis Product note / portfolio requirement, are carried out to avoid any misses or improvements To check SLAs between parties (like Bank and Vendor) along with Reporting.
    • Checking of Financial movement for implemented products like Invoicing and Reporting To immediately arrest any identified misses by carrying out necessary corrections at our end / raising it with respective teams for necessary corrections and follow up closure.
    • Do re-review of the parameter post corrections.
    • Adhere to the stipulated timelines provided for health checks B.
    • Existing Product and Portfolio Initiatives review To review existing active products at agreed intervals so that any dilutions in the process are identified at the earliest.
    • Review all customer offers along with controls for financials and reporting.
    • Review all offers more than 1 year for relevance and raise it internally with respective Product and Portfolio teams for review / continuation of the same.
    • Initiate discussions with respective stakeholders for closure of the process review.
    • Roll out the health check results to respective Product / portfolio managers for review / closure.
    • To immediately arrest any identified misses by carrying out necessary corrections at our end / raising it with respective teams for necessary corrections C.
    • Health Check Review Documentation Ensure that the discussions are carried out with respective stakeholders for the health check Carried out.
    • Sending the minutes of the meeting of the discussions to all so that there is parity in understanding at stakeholders end.
    • Prepare first cut addendum process draft for any changes in the existing process and circulation of the same to stakeholders as PDF for their review and understanding.
    • Incorporate any changes suggested post due discussion.
    • Ensure to upload the note in GAS through PPS SPOC for approvals by appropriate approving authorities of respective department D.
    • Quality Assurance Review of the ageing project TAT and roll out report internally.
    • Circulate Health check MIS to stakeholders at periodic intervals so that teams are prepared to handle customer complaints.
    • Follow up closure of all impact areas with respective teams and ensure correction / closure of the activities.
    • Take the team through the areas of impact to avoid recurrence of the misses in future E.
    • Team Support To actively participate in team discussions/meetings and provide valuable inputs for speedy closure of the processes.
    • Be a mentor for the new joinees of the team.
    • Conduct process trainings to the key stakeholders.

    • Other Key Activities Internal and Customer queries handling, wherever involvement is required (like L3 support) Enabling frontend teams with adequate knowledge to handle customer queries without support and thereby reducing number of queries internally.
