Job Description

Job Title SENIOR PROCESS SPECIALIST - CONTENT COMMUNICATION The Purpose of This RoleYou will support the Content Management vision of achieving a best in class organization to effectively manage the standard, functional content Fidelity delivers to our WI clients and customers.You are responsible for leading the ongoing maintenance and expiration management of standard content, both digital and non-digital. The role will also be responsible for the ongoing proofreading and editing of content. They will work collaboratively with other PWI functions to ensure there is consistent and clear messaging. They will participate in the various processes that exist for supporting standard content and serve in the identification and resolution of issues for the organization.The Value You Deliver

  • You will be responsible for expiration management across multiple channels in order to create efficiencies through the centralization of compliance maintenance reviews
  • You will be Involved in the ongoing maintenance of standard content
  • You may be required to proofread and edit thousands of content assets to ensure adherence to standards for editorial style, reading level, tone, brand standards, etc. (both PWI-wide and WI-specific standards)
  • Improve content inconsistencies and/or remove outdated content
  • Manages requests for custom client content changes and default content maintenance
  • Consult on projects to ensure requirements are inclusive and impact analysis is comprehensive
  • Lead issue / problem identification and resolution
  • You will have to manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of content maintenance requests and global content changes (i.e., Money Market Reform, Good Friday change, etc.)
  • Participant in the ongoing management of content kits as well as vendor management
  • Lead or participate in the development of ongoing processes that support standard content
  • Confer with authors, writers and other content suppliers to resolve problems or questions
  • Perform Registered Principal reviews for standard content on an as-needed basis
  • Participate in inventory ownership and management
