The Concentrix Innovation Labs will own the complete end to end software product engineering lifecycle to ideate, plan, execute & deliver market leading software products.This will be a world class facility and focus across a broad spectrum of technologies including Cloud, Big Data, AI & ML, UX, UI, RPA, mobile, web and other digital technologies.Located across all major cities, Concentrix Innovation Labs has flexible working models for staff, enabling them to contribute efficiently. Position: Sr. Product Designer, Concentrix Innovation Labs Roles & Responsibilities: Product Design for Enterprise SaaS products with experience in User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Accessibility, Usability Engineering (Testing, Analysis & Feedback) & Information Architecture - Translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that - are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging - Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers - Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and - stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking - Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will - drive creative concepts - Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, - storyboards and prototypes - Bring complex data products to life through maps, dashboards and infographics - Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing - Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals- Participate in the creation of design IP Qualifications and Education Requirements:- Bachelors Degree and 7+ years- work experience or - Masters degree and 5+ years- work experience - Specialization in Design or related fields like marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user experience design - Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience) - A solid foundation in layout and design - Fluent in user-centered design best practices - Adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data - The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness - In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing) - Expert communication skills and the ability to get buy-in on ideas within a large organization - Design thinking, a user-centric mindset, a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability Knowledge of industry tools: - Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) Business know-how: - Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Other Skills: - Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research - Exposure to design and collaboration via tools like Figma and Zeplin - Rapid proto typing techniques and tools such as OmniGraffle - Knowledge of responsive design - Background in designing for mobile-first platforms - Understanding of front-end engineering - HTML5, CSS and web standards - Design for accessibility and compliance - Familiarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodology - Exposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom Must submit portfolio along with resume.
