Job Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape and own the user experience & interface design of our products. For this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our product is usable, user-friendly, consistent, and appealing. If you have the ability to convey messages and information through wireframes, visual mockups, illustrations, graphics, and patterns, we d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will design aesthetically-pleasing and easily usable products that capture our brand and engage our audiences.
Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, user journey mapping, IA s, and sitemaps.
Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Conduct User Interviews and remote User Testing.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like.
Create original and creative visual designs.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
Help in refraining the design language with fellow designers.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to our design system standards to create consistent and easy to use flows.
Requirements:
5-10 years of proven work experience as a Product/UI/UX Designer or similar role with at least 3 years of working experience on a SaaS product.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Certification in UX, or relevant qualification.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design and problem-solving skills.
A creative, strategic, and resourceful design expert with a history of creating conceptually-clear, visually-stunning work.
Impeccable taste in all things visual, including videography, animation, photography, typography, and information design.
Strong understanding of UCD principles and UX best practices.
