Concentrix Innovation Labs is backed by Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a leading global provider of Customer Experience technology & services.The Concentrix Innovation Labs will own the complete end to end software product engineering lifecycle to ideate, plan, execute & deliver market leading software products.This will be a world class facility and focus across a broad spectrum of technologies including Cloud, Big Data, AI & ML, UX, UI, RPA, mobile, web and other digital technologies.Located across all major cities, Concentrix Innovation Labs has flexible working models for staff, enabling them to contribute efficiently Position: SR Product Manager, Concentrix Innovation Labs Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage Enterprise SaaS products to drive business outcomes. Own market and competitive research, road mapping, backlog prioritization, partnerships, evangelization both within and outside the organization. - Conduct market and competitive research to develop a thorough knowledge of the SMB & enterprise software landscape and determine emerging industry trends, markets, and product categories - Understand customer pain points and key usage model trends and implement customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements - Identify and evaluate business opportunities with industry partners and ISVs - Work with strategic partners to address key technology integration into software solutions - Communicate strategic initiatives, business plan/ROI, roadmap updates, and critical issues to internal stakeholders and management - Own the software product lifecycle from concept through production release and end-of life, working across many functional groups within the organization, including platform product management, R&D, design, supply chain, legal, and support - Help drive go-to-market activities, including creation of customer-facing marketing communication and training material, facilitation of product demos, and general evangelization of solutions for both internal and external stakeholders - Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements Qualifications and Education Requirements:- Bachelors Degree and 7+ years work experience or Masters degree and 5+ years work experience SaaS enterprise software experience is a must. - Specialization in Business and technology or related fields like marketing, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of Product Management. Experience in technology industry. - Proven record of success in product marketing management, as well as functional experience in technology planning, business development, and project management - Ability to evaluate general computing and usage model trends, market & competitive landscape, and generate strategy recommendations - In-depth knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion and positioning) - Team-oriented self-starter able to work and partner with different personalities and professional styles - Customer-centric focus with the ability to communicate, strategize, plan, and prioritize while seeing through the eyes of the customer - Excellent communicator with strong influencing and presentation skills - Passion for technology and good knowledge of life cycle for technology products - Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail - Excellent writing, time management, and interpersonal skills - Good presentation skills Knowledge of industry tools: - Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Invision, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) Business know-how: - Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Other Skills: - Problem-solving, Negotiation, Forecasting, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork Preferred Skills: - MBA is preferred. - Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research - Background in B2B products - Understanding of mobile-first platforms - Exposure to norms around accessibility and compliance - Familiarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodology - Exposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom Additional Notes: - Experience around the following areas is an added advantage. - Customer Experience Management - Contact Center Management - Fraud Prevention Solutions - Security Solutions - Digital Marketing - Omnichannel Support Delivery - Global Customer Care Solutions - Field Support Services Platforms For more details you can visit us at www.concentrixinnovationlabs.comThis job opening was posted long time back.
