Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:Senior Public Health BIM Modeler-Plumbing
    • Minimum 7-8 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/PH Engineering or BIM Management.
    • Expertise in Revit and Navisworks.
    • Experience in an engineering consultancy firm specializing in public health (PH) discipline.
    • Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
    Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
    • Present innovative work systems to clients/consultants, showcasing continuous improvement.
    • Foster strong relationships with design team members.
    Project Role:
    • BIM Development:Lead the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to specifications and industry standards.
    • Collaboration:Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into the model.
    • Model Coordination:Perform clash detection to resolve potential conflicts before construction.
    • Standards Compliance:Ensure BIM models align with relevant standards, guidelines, and public health regulations.
    • Project Management:Manage BIM workflows, deadlines, and deliverables for timely project completion.
    • Quality Assurance:Conduct regular model checks for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
    Company Role:
    • Training and Support:Mentor junior BIM modelers and train team members in BIM practices and software.
    • Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of BIM processes, models, and project data.
    • Innovation:Stay updated on BIM trends and technologies to recommend efficiency improvements.
    QHSE Responsibilities:
    • Understand and implement 9E QHSE policies.
    • Coordinate and comply with local QHSE guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Report any QHSE incidents immediately to the 9E QHSE department and legal authorities if needed.
