At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing. Minimum 2 years of experience in Cypress.Key Skill Set: BDD Testing Functional Testing Manual & Automation testing Regression TestingResponsibilities: Create and enhance automated test scripts to improve test efficiency. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Develop and implement QA processes and methodologies. Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. Conduct thorough root cause analysis for identified defects and issues. Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Coordinate testing efforts for multiple projects simultaneously. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into QA processes. Provide regular status updates and reports on QA activities to stakeholders. Candidate must have worked on Test management tools of JIRA, HP ALM or any other company owned tools. Candidate must know about Automation Framework Candidates with experience in Web automation, Mobile automation along with Manul testing will be preferred. Should have SQL Knowledge (Database) of writing SQL Queries. Must have experience in programming language of Java/Java script.Qualifications bachelors degree in computer science or related field. In-depth knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Strong proficiency in test management tools and automated testing frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Position Details:This is an exempt position (40 hours /week) and is not eligible for overtime. You will participate in a Managed Objective Bonus program. Days of work are Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm IST or as scheduled by your supervisor.Additional InformationPosition Details: This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours/week).Business Office Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment.
