Job Description

    As a Salesforce Developer at Bounteous x Accolite, your role involves building custom business apps and solutions using the Salesforce platform. You will be a key player in developing and maintaining current and new custom processes or solutions that rely on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud for functioning or reporting. Working within the Salesforce Practice, you will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to enhance operational efficiencies through the development of standards and practices while advocating internally for Salesforce.**Key Responsibilities:**- Direct the design of new applications from conception to completion- Possess strong client and communication skills- Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail- Define and solve complex problems- Work in a fast-paced environment for multiple clients**Information Security Responsibilities:**- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices- Identify, assess, and report security risks- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards- Safeguard sensitive information throughout the information lifecycle**Role and Responsibilities:**- Possess a complete understanding of individual projects or modules within a larger project- Guide software engineers in good programming discipline- Multi-task effectively on several projects and deliver within timelines- Exhibit excellent coding skills with minimal defects- Integrate software components into a fully functional system- Participate in architectural discussions- Implement technical solutions proposed by Leads or Tech Specialists- Mentor juniors and software engineers**Preferred Qualifications:**- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, LWC, Flows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript- Experience with Apex Design patterns- Strong communication skills- Confidence and assertiveness- Analytical and logical thinking skills- Up-to-date with the latest technology developmentsAt Bounteous x Accolite, we encourage applicants with passion, intelligence, and a technical knack to apply, even if they do not meet 100% of the criteria.
