Job Description

Responsible to achieve Target in terms of Number and Revenue.Responsible to maintain SLA & other delivery related compliance parameters.Coordinate with vendors teams for site readiness.Coaching the team members to improve productivity.Weekly & monthly review with circle & corporate.Focused approach for TOP 200 customers & KPI parameters.Asset Management.Configuring and troubleshooting IP based, Microwave, SDH & DWDM Links.Knowledge of Transmission, Ethernet / DWDM / OTN / MSP and Packet Network Technologies 2G, 3G / Huawei / ECI.Should have knowledge on E1, E3, DS3, STM 1, STM 4, STM 16.Understanding of Transmission/ IP/ VOICE, ISP/OSP network, 2G, 3G technology, Fibre equipmentsThorough knowledge Technically experienced on telecom environment and devices (MUX, Fiber, RF & other equipment)Thorough knowledge L2 L3 Routers, IP RAN, WAN.Good Communications Skill.Broad outline of the RoleHas enough knowledge within Service Assurance to allow them to apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction. Regularly participate in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member, is able to proactively identify important issues or risks, seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Service Assurance. Works under direct supervision.
