Job Description

    • Must have have worked in interior design company for at least more than 7 years
    • Candidates working in contract company is more preferrable than developer company
    • Should have worked as interior finishing engineer in high-end residential construction/villa/apartment/commercial building.
    • Should have good experience and knowledge of interior finishing works including automation
    • Should have work experience in Reputed builders who built independent houses, villas, apartments or Bungalow.
    • We dont want profiles who has built bridges, hostels, colleges, warehouse, tunnel, oil & gas etc.
    • Should have experience working in cities.
    • Must have two-wheeler
    • Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency
    • Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades
    • Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
    • Preparing record drawings, technical reports,
    • Experience and finishing experince in quality companies like Casa Grande, Appasamy builders, Vihranthi, chaitanya, ceebros, Harinarayanan, GB, Prestiage, Ganesan Builders, Rajarathinam Constructions, Navins etc.
