Job Description

    Job Title: Pega DeveloperLocation: ChennaiInterview Mode :F2FWork Mode :HybridExperience 5- 15 YearsWe are seeking a talented and experienced Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions to address complex business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other members of the development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Pega-based solutions using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and related technologies. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Customize and configure Pega applications to meet business needs, including developing workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems. Perform unit testing. troubleshooting, and debugging of Pega applications to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance. Participate in code reviews, quality assurance processes, and deployment activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed. Stay updated on the latest Pega technologies and best practices, and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, with proficiency in Pega PRPC. Pega certifications such as Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred. Strong understanding of Pega application architecture, including rule resolution, class structure, and data model design. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
