Job Description

Summary

  • The MDM Business Analyst and IT coordinator or Project Lead reports to the MDM Manager and MDM Architects and is responsible for the end-to-end master data customer and product solutions delivery projects.
  • The person is responsible for coordinating between onsite and offshore to gather requirements from Business analysts.
  • The person would be responsible for working in tandem with development team to deliver the projects on time.
  • The person shall represent the programme to track the delivery of all projects, attend business, requirements, project management meeting to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years if relevant experience required
  • Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Experience in Customer Data management in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data transport methods (ETL, ESB, API).
  • Experience working with Telecom, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions.
  • Passionate about data architecture and data usage.
  • Good problem solving approach skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation skills (in person and virtually).
  • Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural work environment.
  • Ability to conduct teleconference and video calls between the hours of 6AM to 11PM EST, as needed.
  • Participate in MDM UAT testing.
  • Work with IT to coordinate and define business user impacts of MDM application changes including resolving issues and planning for enhancements and upgrades.
  • Assist in the definition of master data sourcing and services strategies including the evaluation of third party data providers and services under the direction of the MDMData Governance Manager.
Required Skills
    • Provide architectural direction to Product Owners for core tools (Oracle, Salesforce.com, internal custom-built) regarding changes that affect the Customer data domain.
    • Serve as SME regarding Customer and general party data integration for corporate projects regarding data model, integration, and process relationships to data entry or management
    • Support IT Architectural Review Board for any project or tool requests that relate to, utilize, or affect Customer data
    • Source of knowledge and education for Business Analysts, Reporting Analysts, and Data Quality Analysts across Red Hat
    • Ensure Customer data-oriented Enterprise Glossary and domain-specific Data Dictionaries are created, maintained, reviewed, and published
    • Provide technical and operational support of the roadmap and strategic direction provided by Customer Data Domain Owner
    • Act as primary point of contact for any and all Customer-oriented 3rd party integration tools and services including DB, Discover.org, Data.com, and others.
    • Ensure change management communications are designed, built, and delivered as related to systems and processes that manage or distribute Customer Data
