Job Description

What do we do as a company What youll do:

  • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for your product area
  • Build the technical and cultural foundations of our engineering team
  • Tackle latency and throughput challenges in data processing and request serving
  • Design solidify the software development processes
  • Build a 3rd party ecosystem by developing APIs and SDKs, and providing certification programs
  • Run experiments to derive new insights from data, driving product innovation in new features in our smart data catalog
  • Hire and grow the team, while working alongside them
  • Have fun with your colleagues, in and out of the office
      • Requirements:
      • 3+ years of hands-on Technical Leadership in an agile environment
      • Entrepreneurial minded who have scaled enterprise B2B software products and thrive in a high paced environment
      • Flexible to react to changing priorities and able to prioritize and deliver in a deadline driven environment
      • Knowledge of the data management, analytics, BI space (or able to learn about it deeply and quickly)
      • Experience designing integrations across the data landscape (databases, etl systems, reporting, etc.)
      • BE or MS in Computer Science or related field
          • You ll be a great fit if
          • You live and breathe data You come from a data-oriented landscape ecosystem such as (Databases, ETL Systems, Reporting Visualization tools, Data analytics tools, Metastores (other catalogs)
          • Youre passionate about making the world a more curious and intelligent plac

          • Youre driven to learn new things and grow
          • Youre able to balance conflicting demands optimizing for the short- and long-term, for end-users and business sponsors, for foundational technologies and bespoke applications, etc. and can communicate clearly about such trade-offs
          • You can just as easily argue for a product investment with an engineer as you could argue against an investment with a salesperson
          • You have a deeply analytical mindset, yet youre able to combine quantitative analysis and logic with a human touch
