About Businessline/Function :Within CIB Production team for IT Trade Finance Application Production Support team in ISPL, the Level 2 Support team ensures the support of all the Users requests of front , Middle & back-offices applications Filenet, Ivision & Connexis Supply Chain.These applications are used in the whole world. The Level 2 Support team relates to the coordination and the Production support, User request re qualification until the deployment and associated maintenance.The job function is techncno functional in nature as it require a functional sensitivity in order to understand the needs and the importance of the communication and coordination with the different users and functional teams in Paris.Business Line / Function:Position PurposeThis position is for Application production support role for Trade finance and Supply Chain domainCandidate need to provide production support of Java, Oracle, Unix, Tibco based application issue, to internal clients and users. Candidate should be ready to work in shifts and over weekends for major maintenance activitiesDirect Responsibilities>> Experience in Application production support role is must for screening of candidates.Production Support for Trade applicationsInvestigate & resolve problems related to problems in existing systems in order to ensure smooth functioning of IT systemsLiaise with ITIP/Infrastructure teams to ensure proper system configurations and hardware performance efficienciesProvide support in shifts(24x7), on call support for weekday/weekend support & special support for ISPL holidays (on need basis)Implement & follow APS processes for Production Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Change Requests.Contribute towards ensuring DR readiness of all production applicationsContribute towards resolving Hardware, Software & Application related security vulnerabilitiesContributing ResponsibilitiesManage housekeeping, upgrades, installation, backup/restore & adherence to DR plans so as to ensure smooth functioning of existing systemsTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesSupport of Java, Oracle, Unix, Tibco / Filenet based application, Proficiency in Autosys, Service Now & Geneos or equivalent tools,Ability to share / pass on knowledge, Proactivity, Attention to detail / rigor, Ability to collaborate / Teamwork, Critical thinking, Communication skills - oral & written, Client focused, Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving, *NA
