Job Description

    Qualifications 1) Bachelors/Master s degree with at least 70% marks2) 10th and 12th Standard (Or Equivalent): 70% marks Experience 8 to 14 years in 4G/5G RAN Senior Technical Lead/ Technical Architect Domain skills Looking for the 4G/5G L2/L3 professionals with below experience
    • 4G/5G RAN Experience
    • Knowledge on overall system with good understanding on L1, L2, L3 Feature and Protocol
    • System dimensioning and features related to 3GPP Rel 15 and 16
    • Knowledge on 3GPP Specifications on 36,37,38 series
    • Understanding 5G 3GPP requirements (MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC) and convert into 5G NR feature requirement specifications
    • Exposure on ORAN working Groups and specifications
    • Understanding 5G NR feature requirements and convert into design documents
    • Good understanding on internal and external interfaces and detailed functional description of the overall solution
    • With respect to Hardware of the system
    • Knowledge on DU dimensioning in terms of Cell/Throughput/users and other Dimensioning Related parameters
    • Good understanding features associated with 5G like Beamforming, Massive mimo, Mobility, Scheduling, Power control and Channels
    • Working Experience on OAM aspects on Alarm, Counters and KPI s for End to End system
    • Working experience in PTP and timing solution in DU
    • Involving in review for requirement and design
    • Experience in the fronthaul hardware accelerator and timing solution
    • Knowledge in O-RAN fronthaul interface
    • Working in using Signal Analyser, Signal Generator, Channel emulator, Logic Analyser tools
    • Strong knowledge C/C++ programming and debugging tools
    General Requirements
    • Experience in virtualized DU and cell site DU solution would be added advantage
    • Experience on NFVI and Transport would be added advantage
