Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Design, Architect and Develop web applications in LAMP (Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP) environment.
  • Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into suitable solution architecture
  • Experience with high volume web application development
  • Understanding in Web 2. 0 concepts - online communities, blogs, wikis.
  • Communication responsibility to all relevant project stakeholders for project progress and issues
  • Provides leadership to project team to define and translate business process based requirements and business rules for system development
  • Experience: 8 YearsKey Skills:
  • LAMP (Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP)
  • Yii / MVC Frameworks
  • 8 Years experience in all phases of full SDLC for Enterprise level Applications
  • Expert Knowledge:
  • OOPs
  • Javascripts
  • JQuery
  • Json
  • Memcache
  • HTML / CSS
  • RDBMS
  • Exposure to SOAP, XML-RPC or some remoting / Distributed computing / SOA technologies
  • Complete SDLC documentation
  • Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/optional):
  • Experience in using SCM tools like CVS, SVN, GIT etc and using issue-tracking tools like Redmine / JIRA / Mantis etc
  • Joomla, Zend, MVC, CakePHP , Smarty, Drupal, OS-Commerce, X-cart
  • JSP, Tomcat, Tapestry, Spring, iBatis, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML,
  • Cloud Computing
  • Design Patterns
  • Work effectively and efficiently with internal and external technical and business teams
  • Effective use of time management, planning and organization skills
  • Solid knowledge of the project development and software development life cycle
  • Ability to technically initiate, lead, motivate and mentor a team
