Job Description

    Job SummaryArudra Crop is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic *Senior Telecaller* to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in *Hindi*, and have prior experience in telecalling or telesales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and achieving daily and monthly targets.Key Responsibilities* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.* Explain the companys products and services effectively.* Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.* Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.* Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM.* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.* Guide and support junior telecallers when required.Eligibility* Experience: *25 years* in Telecalling/Telesales.* Education: Any Graduate or Diploma.* *Hindi OR Kannada is Mandatory.** Good communication skills in *Hindi OR Kannada, Tamil, and basic English*.* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Benefits* Attractive Salary: *25,000 30,000 per month** Performance Incentives* Career Growth Opportunities* Friendly Work Environment*Job Location: T.
