Job Description

As a Senior Test Engineer specializing in Automation Testing, your primary responsibilities will include:- Advanced proficiency in Java programming with a good understanding of OOPS concepts- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and their libraries- Extensive experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI- Experience with version control systems, preferably GitYour future duties and responsibilities will involve:- Proven experience (7 years) in software automation testing and development- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyGood to have skills include:- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL queries- Experience with ExtJs and Cloud technologiesIn terms of tools, you will be using:- Configuration management using GIT- SQL Developer and Putty- OctaneDirect Responsibilities:1. Automation Framework Development:- Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress- Ensure the frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and reusable2. Test Script Development:- Write and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and platforms- Develop end-to-end unit and integration tests3. Extensive knowledge of IT development standards, methods, and tools, including Java microservice/JEE, Angular, and API/REST4.
