This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.RESPONSIBILITIES:Agile Championing Setup Agile Teams for tech deliveries across Trade & CashDefine and manage the Agile transformation program and champion the sustainability of best practices for Agile in line with the new Agile standards defined by the BankEmbed Agile methodology and principles in the enterprise, reflected in mindset and culture changesResponsible for the direct oversight and coordination of the multiyear Agile transformation portfolioDefine scope, timelines, value proposition for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformation programDevelop strong, effective working relationships with Business Line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practicesIdentify training and other change initiatives to prepare the overall organization for the adoption of an Agile methodologyDefine key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approachLead a group of Scrum of Scrum mastersDev Ops Championing Plan and execute Dev Ops efficiency targets across Trade and Cash Tech teams incl. Automated Testing, Virtual environments etcContribute enhanced automation in all phases of the SDLCCollaborate with software developers to ensure and maximize developer productivityApplication ArchitectureUse of DockerIterative development processesTest-driven developmentProvide leadership and subject matter expertise in DevOps to the developer communityImplementing and managing continuous delivery systems and methodologies across the software development teamsImplementing automated security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation processes across all teamsDefining and deploying monitoring, metrics, and logging strategies across applications, systems and services where applicableImplementing systems that are highly available, scalable, and self-healing on-premise, across Trade & Cash Tech platformsDesigning, managing, and maintaining tools to automate operational processes, backups, ensuring service offerings provide highly available servicesAssist with IT service transformation and migration planning and execution projectsManaging integration and production service environment for a rapidly growing service modelTestingWork independently with several teams across the ITO organisation (Dev, Tech, Infra, Prod Support etc) to deliver a world class testing solution and architecture within the Trade & Cash ITO spaceProvide a pragmatic view of risk & stability vs project delivery timelines to provide a high quality solution within a realistic timescaleManage offshore teams in remote locations in India and MalaysiaManage change in scope, requirements etc and plan for these in the testing strategy and planningEstimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.Define the testing StrategyDevelop the testing plan for tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standardsKeep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the ClientAttend the regular stakeholder callsAct as the single point of contact between Development and Testing teams.Design, track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.Review various reports prepared by Test engineers.Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.Identify Training requirements for up skilling the talent within the testing teams (Technical and Soft skills)People and TalentEmploy, engage and retain high quality talent that the team is adequately staffed and skilled to deliver on business commitmentsLead through example and build appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.Bridge skill / capability gaps through learning and developmentEnsure role, job descriptions and expectations are clearly set and periodic feedback provided to the entire teamEnsure the agreed blend and balance of in-house and vendor resourcesRisk ManagementBe proactive in ensuring regular assurance that the ITO Trade & Cash Dev & Testing Team is performing to acceptable risk levels and control standardsAct quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure those are addressed within quick / prescribed timeframes and escalated through the relevant committeesAct as the risk control owner under the Group s risk management framework at the appropriate levelKey StakeholdersCash & Trade Tech and Operations HeadCash & Trade Product Management HeadsCash & Trade Product Development HeadsGlobal Technology Services Heads (Production Support, Infrastructure,)KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Core Skills15+ years in Testing / Quality Assurance or closely related roles such as Project or Delivery management in the Banking domain.Strong knowledge of QA and testing standards, processes, methodologies, automation tools including AgileHands on experience in testing is a mustAbility to work in a high pressure demanding environmentAbility to manage time and prioritisationSolid technical backgroundExperience in / Knowledge of Trade Finance and Cash Management business will be preferredSoft Skills: Articulate communicator, ability to engage with different functions and senior stakeholders.Excellent written English and ability to produce and review high quality specs and plans.Experienced managing teams in India, KL & SG,
