Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership in the areas of interaction design, information architecture, user research methods, and design
  • Develop conceptual diagrams, wire frames, and prototypes
  • Develop and maintain detailed specifications
  • Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.
  • Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, kiosks, games and wearables
  • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization
  • Create and organize production assets
  • Resize assets for different devices tablet, mobile and web
  • Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
  • Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3
  • knowledge in JavaScript & other JS framework a plus
  • Direct experience or familiarity for implementing accessibility and web standards.

Skills & Tools Proficiency

  • Axure, Sketch, Marvel or other wireframe creation tools for prototyping

Additional Skills (Good to have)

  • Design logos, icons and info graphics
  • Adobe creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have a bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of UX Design experience
  • Should have team handling experience
  • Should be a self - starter and independent
  • Good communication skills including verbal and written skills (specifications, design, etc.)
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Able to work well both with local and remote teammates in many different time zones
  • Be able to articulate implementation at all levels
  • Must be able to evaluate alternative solutions
  • Applicants with wide variety of technical experience are good candidates for this position
