Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
  • The Senior Applications Developer should be able to drive the development of complex apps for both Internal Facing (Enterprise) and External Facing (Customer) users.
  • In addition, the candidate will be accountable for leading a team of junior developers and establish robust development practices
  • Work directly with business domain experts and solution managers to understand the business needs and design software solutions that meet the business needs
  • Implement software solutions using Object Oriented Design and Agile Methodology
  • Perform code reviews and evaluate the work of other individuals to ensure artifacts meet quality standards. Provide feedback on code reviews and evaluations
  • Ensure that project tasks are completed within established time frames
  • Stay current on technologies, current issues, trends and tools affecting software application development. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and skills for the organization
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management
Here is some of what you will need (required):
  • 4 years of experience in Application Development using React JS or Angular
  • Strong Analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and application concepts
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Applications Development for large enterprise/customers -with React JS or Angular
  • Solid experience with Application Development Platforms and Tools , Angular, ReactJS, Node JS, HTML 5, CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of the architecture of Java-Script based frameworks, and enterprise application platforms
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures, Source code management process using Azure Devops or Github

  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as to function as an effective team member in a local and virtual team development environment
  • Mentor & Work directly with developers to conceptualize, build, test and release products and carry out peer reviews benchmarking to industry standards.
  • To work with front-end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
  • Work with various stake holder including front-end UI developers to build the interface with focus on Re-usability features.
  • Experience in React JS, Angular, Node JS, SQL Server and Web Socket
