Job Description

    Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with vehicle service needs, managing work orders, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.Location: Pan India.Roles and responsibilities:
    • Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates.
    • Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
    • Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars.
    • Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts.
