Job Description

As an MTS III Cslt-Sys Engrg, you ll serve as a multi-disciplined ServiceNow technologist who will own challenging Portal development in the AtYourService (AYS) platform. You ll collaborate with the PM team to understand requirements and partner with the development team to transform and implement those requirements in AYS. You ll coordinate with the on-shore AYS team for production implementations on a weekly basis and will act as a bridge between the implementation team and our development team. You ll demonstrate passion to learn and explore new features in the ServiceNow portal and platform and mentor and coach team members. Other responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Partnering with development teams to automate the server procurement process in the ServiceNow portal.
  • Collaborating with AYS platform team on UAT and production package deployments.
  • Training the development team in new ServiceNow features.
  • Working closely with the Scrum master in sprint planning and production implementations.
  • Driving innovation and improving efficiency in the development of AYS portals.
What we re looking for. You will need to have
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and portal development.
  • Knowledge of Angular JS, Angular 2.0, Javascript, and CSS.
  • Experience in an RDBMS database.
  • Knowledge of ReactJS, NodeJS, and API development.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
  • Even better if you have:
  • Masters degree.
  • Knowledge on .NET tools (ASP.Net, C#)
  • RPA experience or basic understanding of a RPA tool in automating manual tasks.
