Job Description

    Roles and Responsibility:
    • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RFID systems and printers
    • Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and service audits
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution
    • Maintain service records and documentation
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
    • Frequent travel to client locations as required
    Required Skills:
    • Freshers are welcome to apply
    • Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
    • Basic knowledge of RFID technology and printers
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Good communication and customer interaction abilities
    • Willingness to travel extensively
    • Basic networking knowledge
    • Handling service tools and equipment will be an added advantage
