CMDB, discovery and mappingWork with IT team to configure the Service Mapping tool and load data / dependencies identified by Service Mapping into the CMDB.Assist the IT team in the integration/ field mapping and reconciliation of data from ServiceNow discovery, Service Mapping, SCCM, Solar Winds discovery, and ad hoc loads in the configuration management module.Good to Have:Assist with tasks related to implementing the ServiceNow application in the environment.Documenting procedures for the discovery, configuration and change management functionsMinimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time educationMinimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)</p,
