Job Description

    Industry experience in ServiceNow at least 4-6 years of ServiceNow Development experience Candidate will understand business requirements from client and provide/prepare ServiceNow solutions accordingly. This solution may contain preparation of High Level Design / Low-level design document, preparing documents to provide response to Customer s Request for Proposals. Candidate should have working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform for major modules like ITSM, CMDB and have experience in developing Custom Scoped Applications. Candidate should have working experience in loading complex and large data into ServiceNow CMDB and understand the concepts of Data profiling and Data quality. ServiceNow Integration experience: LDAP / SSO / SCCM / SOAP / REST Candidate should have experience working in the Telecommunication domain and implementation of ServiceNow in the Telecommunication domain. JAVA/J2EE/Java Script related software development skills SDLC experience in Agile, SAFe Telecom experience preferably in Inventory Management, Order processing, etc. Should have working experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Service Level Agreement, Asset Management, Release Management, ITSM Agent Workspace, Glide API, Access Controls, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Workflow editor, Widget, ServiceNow Portal, Dashboards, Flow Designer, Cloning, Upgrades, Transform Maps, Reporting. Key Skills: Valid ServiceNow certification; at least one mainline certification.
