Job Description

    The scope of work includes services necessary to provide a full range of application enhancement support services for the ServiceNow applications and its integrations. It includes developing and supporting of ITSM modules and catalogs through building modifying the Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Workflows, etc. It also includes understanding and developing Service portal. The scope extends to HRSD where the services necessary on enhancement of HR modules.
