  • Lead day-to-day Voice services issues and co-ordination with customer and service desk especially for escalated cases Troubleshooting knowledge in SIP,ISUP,MAP call flow Good Knowledge in Voice,SMS, Roaming & International carrier services Basic Knowledge on IMS & MPLS technology Good Knowledge in Customer, Field Engineer interaction on fault analysis and fix Good Knowledge in SIP and ISUP connectivity between exchange and end customer. Hands on experiance in DMS 100/300, CS2K, C20, G9 & SBC platform Basic understanding knowledge on PABX both TDM and IP Network management and analysis by Follow agreed escalation timeframes Good Knowledge on Ticket Handling, Tier 2 Engagment
Qualifications
  • A Bachelors in Engineering with 10+ years experience in telecommunications or related ISP industry

  • Experience in configuration and preferably Manage Services
  • Working knowledge of Multi-Vendor Microwave link configuration & build (SIEA, Huawei, Ericsson is must)
  • Working knowledge of Multi- Vendor Network Management System & Element Management System
  • Knowledge on IP/MPLS network deployment and Technical issue troubleshooting
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting knowledge on network structure like L2VPN & L3VPN(Eg:VPLS,RD,RT,PE,P,CE,RR), IP and Subnetting, Gigabit Ethernet,Duplex mode,MTU,FLow Control,Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP), MPLS TE or LFA,RLFA & Traffic migration and Load balancing
  • Excellent understanding of field issues and troubleshooting methods
  • Good knowledge in Radio Protocols.
  • CCNA & CCNP Certification will be added advantage.
