Owns environment management and oversees technical deployment to QA /Prod environment across all systems Coordinates code merge for releases to production Ensure proper tracking of released components in version control. Assume ownership and continuous improvement of the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation. Prepare release notes and communicate release progress/status to the respective Stakeholders. Work closely with development team to resolve build problems/merge conflicts. Responsible for maintaining consistency between Salesforce sandbox environments, from Development through QA, UAT and Production. Manage deployments between sandbox environments. Ensure development sandboxes are functional and ready for use after deployments or Salesforce releases. Data-loading/seeding of sandbox environments to provide functional environments for development and testing. Evaluate and mitigate all risks to environment security and stability. Key Skills: Facilitate Release activities calendar for Salesforce.com platform. Manage & track Instance refreshes planned for the Current Year Salesforce Deployment tools - Azure DeOps / Jenkins/Bit Bucket/GitHub/SmartGIT Facilitate Patch installation, Sandbox Creation, Code Merge in Feature Branch Ability to speak / communicate with Client Platform Manager to plan releases and maintain Salesforce instance Sandbox Management - Create, Delete, Refresh; Salesforce Releases calendar; Sandbox Refresh cycle Salesforce Certification is must and Copado Certification is good to have.
