Design, Build and Modify existing business tier components, web applications, and database objects using Microsoft platform technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, COM , MVC3 or 4, ASP.NET Web API & Web ServicesCreate prototypes, if necessary, to validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders.Good understanding and experience following test driven development & continuous integration practises.Work with the development team to design the front- end and back- end systems necessary to fulfil document requirements.Javascript, Visual Basic script, transactional development, asynchronous processing, HTML & HTML S5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, XML, XSLT, LDAP, .NET, Enterprise Services, Oracle Knowledge & Web Services.Experience with server software including SQL Server 2008, IIS, MSMQ, Active Directory, .NET Remoting and Search Teachnologies.Experience with unit test frameworks (Microsoft, Rhino Mocks, NUnit) Strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts.Product development experience.Preferred Skills Experience in deploying applications.Managing/ Updating staging or production environments is a great plus.Experience in any reporting tools like SSRS, Sharepoint or Crystal report.Designs and develops portal content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third party products.Integrates non- SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed.Assists other developers in conceptualizing and developing SharePoint solutions.Competencies Microsoft SharePoint 2010/ 2013Experience in .NET based languages C#.Visual Studio or related IDE.Experience in SQL Server or equivalent databases, a strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design.Team Foundation Server, a plus.Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.Understand browser- specific compatibility issues.Experience creating 3rd party authentication for external portals.Expertise in SharePoint implementations.Experience in Web developmentExperience with Microsoft server platforms.Provides expertise and support to end users and other members of the team.Conducts research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies.Designs and codes technical solutions.Responsible for troubleshooting and debugging SharePoint sites.Creates and executes project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements within the constructs of the project management and SDLC methodologies.Communicates and enforces best practice coding standards.Consistently delivers high- quality services to clients on schedule.Communicates complex information effectively to team and clients.Responsible for scaling the solution to the client s goals and budget.,
