Job Description

  • Design, Build and Modify existing business tier components, web applications, and database objects using Microsoft platform technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, COM+, MVC3 or 4, ASP.NET Web API Web Services
  • Create prototypes, if necessary, to validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders.
  • Good understanding and experience following test driven development continuous integration practises.
  • Work with the development team to design the front- end and back- end systems necessary to fulfil document requirements.
  • Javascript, Visual Basic script, transactional development, asynchronous processing, HTML HTML S5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, XML, XSLT, LDAP, .NET, Enterprise Services, Oracle Knowledge Web Services.
  • Experience with server software including SQL Server 2008, IIS, MSMQ, Active Directory, .NET Remoting and Search Teachnologies.
  • Experience with unit test frameworks (Microsoft, Rhino Mocks, NUnit)
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts.
  • Product development experience.
Preferred SkillsManagement Consulting: Design, build deploy strategies and solutions for technology, organizational structure and business process improvement. Managed Services: Outsourced operation of business processes and technology solutions that enable management and measurement of real estate information. Energy Solutions: Leverage Integrated Demand- Side Management (IDSM) to improve energy environmental performance of real estate assets.
  • Creates and executes project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements within the constructs of the project management and SDLC methodologies.
  • Designs and develops portal content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third party products.
  • Experience in SQL Server or equivalent databases, a strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design.
  • Provides expertise and support to end users and other members of the team.
  • Responsible for scaling the solution to the clients goals and budget.
  • Experience in any reporting tools like SSRS, Sharepoint or Crystal report.
  • Integrates non- SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed.
  • Managing/Updating staging or production environments is a great plus.
  • Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.
  • Consistently delivers high- quality services to clients on schedule.
  • Conducts research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies.
  • Experience creating 3rd party authentication for external portals.
  • Communicates complex information effectively to team and clients.
  • Communicates and enforces best practice coding standards.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and debugging SharePoint sites.
  • Experience in .NET based languages C#.
