Job Description

    Position: Shopify Developer ( Sr.Manager )Were seeking a Shopify Developer for a Sr Manager position, whose key responsibilities include completing web development projects, managing, and growing a team. This role requires strong leadership, as well as a seasoned commercial and problem-solving mindset.Salary: 15 -18 LPA ( Negotiable)Notice period: Immediate or 30 days maxExperience Range: 5 -10+ yearsLocation: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai ( Hybrid Model )ResponsibilityWorking knowledge of the Shopify platform, as well as exposure to application development and the use of storefront APIs to extend Shopify functionalityStrong knowledge of liquid programming language and experience in development and application of custom/bespoke Shopify theme and modify pre-existing template(s)Collaborating with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless, robust, and responsive front-end user experiencesManage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements at a moments noticeUnderstand business needs that drive project features & functions and provide internal consultationCreate and build tracking and conversion funnels and focus on improving business metrics in order to implement optimizations for eComm conversionsRecruit developers, coordinate their training, and encourage their advancement.Proficiency in and understanding of best practices for HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JqueryHave experience in migrating the e-commerce ecosystem in Shopify, Integrating third-party systems and Shopify supported appsStrong understanding of the e-commerce principles and the associated technology/toolsComfortable using version control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub)The ability to use Shopify Plus features including scripts and flow to best utilize the front and back-end capabilities of the Shopify platform in building, launching and maintaining Shopify web-storesStrong skills in MySQL, CSS, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, Web ServicesKnowledge of additional platforms will be a plusStrong Object Oriented Programming conceptsBonus Points:Experience with Bootstrap is strongly preferredExperience with Vue.js, SASS, Webpack, GulpSuperb troubleshooting & debugging skillsAble to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environmentA disciplined approach to testing and quality assurancePositive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening web development skill setRequirement:Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a similar field5+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms5+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XMLShopify Plus experience is a mustPossess strong leadership skills, including managing, coaching and mentoring a teamStrong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimizationInterest in staying current and applying the most current best practicesAble to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environmentA disciplined approach to testing and quality assurancePositive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening web development skill setRequired details:1.Relevant Experience ( Shopify Plus)2.Notice Period3.Qualfication4.Current Company5.Current Location6.Current CTC7.Expectation CTCWarm & Regards,Mr. Hanumanta.
