Job DescriptionResponsible for analyzing , interpreting and creating the reports using the data gathered from the social conversations / data.Roles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the product categories , trends and problems of the clients and developing the search queries to execute in the social media listening and bench - marking tools Qualitative and quantitative data analysis generated from the social media platforms to provide insights Creating the insightful reports with storytelling to show the findings , conclusions and suggestions of social conversations / data Quality check and data assurance towards the e - merge tech quality metrics Hands on experience with social media listening and monitoring tools (Radian 6 , Brandwatch , Sysomos , Crimsons Hexagon , Talkwalker , Socialbakers , Unmetric or Simplymeasured etc.)SkillsAbility to make optimized search queries for social media listening and monitoring Adherence to quality control and metrics Experience in creating reports with explanation , precise topics and data visualization Ability to make the meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations / data Experience in handling different social media listening tools (Radian 6 , Brandwatch , Sysomos , Crimsons Hexagon , Talkwalker , etc)Required Qualification1+ Years experiences on social media analysis , graduation in any field (Life Science most preferable) All Bachelor / Master / Engineering candidates are also eligible Knowledge of online marketing channels will be add - on Flawless communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills,
