This position requires a strong engineer with excellent communication skills who has hands-on coding experience. As a member of our team, you will need to programmatically test the product, measure test coverage, develop the best automation framework, and last, but not least, drive testability and diagnostic ability into the product, while promoting best practices in quality areas. The test software you will build should expose defects in production-level code, as well as defects at the component and feature integration prospective. You will need to define test plans, test strategy, test suites, and test cases, as well as design tools for functional and performance testing in a programmatic manner.Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 2 years relevant work experience.Proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language, such as C, C++, Java, or C#, including working knowledge of various design patterns.Experience building and designing test automation to test complex systems/software.Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving/troubleshooting techniques.Knowledge of modern best practices for professional software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Customer-focused: able to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and multi-task on multiple products and projects.Exhibits strong leadership qualities, excellent judgment, and has relentlessly high standards; can dive deep while remaining in touch with business details, drives innovation in own team and invokes passion in others, and can think big and deliver results.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expert level Java programmer.Experience with scripting languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, Perl, or Ruby.Familiarity with Linux or other Unix operating systems.Expert in software quality and testing methodologies (Scrum, Unit, Functional, and Performance).Experience with JUnit, TestNG; experience with Make files and Ant build scripts.,
