• Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements.
• Manage and resolve blue prism automation / development related issues.
• Provide advanced technical support for investigation and diagnosis for resolving BP platform related incidents to ensure Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements are compiled.
• Escalate unresolved Incidents to BP for support.
• Documenting, logging and managing calls in the Service Management tool to high standards.
• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Required Skills for this role include:

• Technical skills
  • Overall IT / RPA development experience: Min 4 years, of which Min 2 years in Blue Prism development and programming experience.
  • Certification in Blue Prism Automation tools is a must
  • Good understanding of ITIL Practices
  • Technically sound candidate with hands-on development experience in core OOPs
  • Basic knowledge of .Net skills.
  • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram
  • Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements
  • Communicates and enforces coding standards
  • Performs code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • must willing to work in rotational shifts
• Desired Skills:
  • Strong Domain Knowledge: Financial, Supply Chain or Manufacturing

Preferences:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science with minimum 4 years of experience as RPA developer using Blue Prism
• Blue Prism Certifications
