    • 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
    • 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
    • Experience in partnering with product and program management teams
    • Software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development.
    • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Hands-on technical expertise in mobile and web-technologies
    • Software development experience in building web services and highly scalable applications
    • Advanced Degree (MS/ME/PhD) in computer science or related discipline or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
    • A passion for people management and mentorship.
    • Strong business and technical vision.
    • Experience in managing managers.
